At Stewart's Chocolates it's all about the chocolate. To have the best chocolates you have to start with the best chocolates. For now as chocolatiers we at Stewart's use the finest Valrhona and Barry Callebaut chocolates, alone with our proprietary blend to create our delectable bonbons.
Within the next few years our goal at Stewart's is to be bean to bonbon. We are currently sourcing roasting and blending cocoa beans from around the world in order to bring what we hope to be simply the best chocolate!
