After selling his interest in Northern Fry Inc. in 2012, Stewart John Goodhile set his sites on chocolate. John, a connoisseur of high-end gourmet chocolates,
was looking to fill the void created when two local chocolatiers retired.
Working in his family's circa 1803 farm house and using his talent to challenge traditional methods, John perfected his unique recipes that he would later use when he founded Stewart's Chocolates in 2014.
His European-style chocolates are made with premium ingredients: butter, cream, and a proprietary blend of the world's finest chocolate. Each hand-crafted and artistically decorated bonbon burst with flavor, creating a perfect "Petite Pleasure" - a quote John adopted from a customer.
