WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (MAY - SEPTEMBER)
Due to heat sensitivity of chocolate to avoid melting, destinations with warm climates (70 degrees or higher) are packed in a sealed bubble pouch filled with frozen gel packs. *WARM CLIMATE DESTINATIONS (AZ, CA, FL, TX, ECT.) NOT RECOMMENDED MAY - SEPTEMBER*

*Temperature control may not be sufficient at extreme temps, order at your own discretion*

 

At Stewart's Chocolates we take pride in our products. In offering year-round shipping, great measures are taken to ensure our chocolate is delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Shipping Monday through Wednesday, not allowing transit longer than 48 hours. Currently we ship to the Contiguous 48 States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.

Two day flat rate shipping is available for all orders which fit inside our shipping boxes. Shipping boxes will hold up to (2) 24 or 12 Piece Boxes or a single box and two smaller items (4 Piece Box, 6 Piece Box, tumbled fruits or nuts, 4 Bars)

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of placement, unless otherwise noted. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking details. We will ship your order in an attempt to satisfy your requested delivery date, however we can not be responsible for UPS delays due to weather, mechanical failures, or other factors not in Stewart's Chocolates control.

RETURNED SHIPPING
We cannot be responsible for errors in information provided to us. If your package is returned to our facility we will contact UPS to determine the reason. Once the reason for return is determined we will follow up to see if you would like to purchase a new box plus shipping to resend. Due to the delicacy of chocolate, the same box cannot be sent twice. If Stewart's Chocolates were found at fault a new package will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY
Shipments are not picked up or delivered during national holidays when UPS is closed. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day are high volume times, please select an earliest possible ship date to allow for any product shortages. We do not reserve products online for store pick-up during the Holiday season - all purchases are on a first-come-first-serve basis. All attempts will be made to keep products in stock during peak periods.
